RETURN POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to the applicable legislation (GEO 34/2014), the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract and return purchased products, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products.

2. General Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must meet the following conditions:

• they must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging;
• they must be in the same condition as delivered, with intact labels and no signs of damage;
• they must be accompanied by the original documents (invoice, receipt).

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following cannot be returned:

• products that have been unsealed or partially consumed;
• alcoholic beverages whose value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the Seller;
• personalized products or those made according to the Client’s specifications;
• products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

4. Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must send a written notification to Domeniile Davidescu S.R.L. by e-mail at sales@domeniiledavidescu.ro, specifying:

• the order number;
• the products to be returned;
• the reason for the return (optional).

Products must be returned by courier to the company’s registered address.

5. Return Costs

• The cost of return shipping is borne entirely by the Client.
• In the case of a return due to an error by the Seller (e.g., wrong or defective product delivered), the shipping cost will be borne by Domeniile Davidescu S.R.L.

6. Refunds

• The Seller will refund the Client the value of the returned products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless the Client expressly requests another method.
• The Seller may postpone the refund until receipt of the returned products or until proof is provided that they have been shipped.
• The initial delivery cost is non-refundable, except in cases of returns due to errors attributable to the Seller.
