1. General Information

Products ordered on the Website www.domeniiledavidescu.ro are delivered exclusively within Romania, via the courier company FAN Courier.

2. Delivery Times

• The average delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days, calculated from the order confirmation.
• In certain situations (public holidays, sales periods, unfavorable weather conditions), the delivery time may be extended, with the Client being informed in advance.
• If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Client has the right to terminate the contract and request a full refund of the amounts paid.

3. Delivery Costs

• 14.99 RON (VAT included) for orders under 100 RON.
• Free shipping for orders over 100 RON.
• Delivery costs are displayed transparently before the order is finalized.
• In the case of returns, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. Delivery Conditions

• Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client in the order form.
• If the Client cannot personally receive the parcel, it may be handed over to a designated third party, who will sign the delivery documents on behalf of the Client.
• The Client is required to check the integrity of the parcel and the products upon delivery and immediately report any visible damages to the courier.

5. Delivery Responsibility

• Products are properly packaged for the transport of alcoholic beverages.
• Responsibility for the integrity of the products during transport lies with the Seller until the moment of delivery to the Client.
• Failure of the Client to respond to delivery confirmation may be considered tacit acceptance of the extended delivery time.

6. Exceptions and Limitations

• Products cannot be delivered outside the territory of Romania.
• In cases of force majeure or fortuitous events (natural disasters, strikes, legal restrictions, etc.), delivery times may be modified, with the Client being informed in due time.
